I absolutely love this book club, which mixes reading and travel together to create an amazing experience. Juliana has created a super fun, supportive, and engaging community of readers, where we are able to connect over our love of books and travel, have one-on-one conversations with authors, and even meet in person at luxury retreats. We are given beautiful guides on where our book picks take place, where we learn more about the history of the book’s location and are given information on where to stay, what to eat, and where to go if we decide to plan a future trip. A Book Club That’s Truly a Journey I joined this incredible book and travel club in 2020, during the COVID lockdown, and it quickly became a bright spot in my life. Every month, we travel the world through books—exploring different places, cultures, and perspectives together. But what makes this club truly special is the community Juliana has built and the joy of sharing these literary journeys. One of my favorite parts is our monthly virtual author meet-ups. Hearing directly from the authors brings the stories to life in such a unique way. And the themed prizes are always a delightful surprise. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to win four books (including a wonderful Portuguese cookbook), a charming teapot from our England-themed read, and other fun gifts that remind me of the adventures we've shared.
